THE FUR CHEF TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

Privacy Policy

 

Thank you for visiting The Fur Chef website. By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy policy. Your privacy is important to us, and we want you to know you can trust us. Any personal details and information you supply to us for order completion, marketing or competitions are held in the strictest confidence. Any information we collect will only be used for personalisation by The Fur Chef.

 

Orders

Ready to get those tails wagging?

• Meal orders are to be placed via the website each week by Sunday midnight for fortnightly delivery. You will be emailed an order confirmation email which will include a delivery schedule.
• If you miss this cut-off time for ordering, your order will fall in the following fortnightly delivery schedule.

 

Subscription service

• Our subscription service offers our customers and their fur-children an automated debit and delivery service.
• Renewals take place before midnight on Sundays either weekly (7 days) or fortnightly (14 days) depending on your subscription.
• Subscriptions are delivered fortnightly for all subscriptions (7 or 14 days)

 

Charges

• Once you have chosen your subscription your credit/debit card will be automatically debited.
• You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date (Sunday at midnight) depending on your order.
• The Fur Chef reserves the right to adjust product and/or subscription pricing at any time.

 

Cancelled Orders

• Orders can also be cancelled via your account on the The Fur Chef website no later than midnight on the Sunday prior to the next order cycle.

Delivery service areas, days and costs

Use our postcode checker to see if we deliver The Fur Chef to your area. Delivery takes place fortnightly on Tuesday & Wednesday. Should you have any queries on our delivery service areas please email us at hello@rufusandcoco.com.au.

Sydney Metro & Regional NSW

We have partnered with a chilled courier company to ensure your gourmet meals arrives fresh to your door.

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email and expected delivery date.

Deliveries will be left following the customers instructions however it is important to note that although the package contains a refrigeration pack, it is recommended that meals be refrigerated immediately.

Insurance: Going to be out for the day? We recommend including a Thermoguard liner to ensure your gourmet meals keep cool, especially on a hot summer day. These can be included at checkout for an additional $5.

Please note: We are continuously looking to expand our delivery service areas but also limited to where our courier partners are delivering to. If you are unsure if we will deliver to your town/city please send an email to hello@rufusandcoco.com.au and we will advise accordingly.

Refunds

Pup turned his nose up? Although we do not offer refunds, subscriptions and orders can be cancelled by Sunday at midnight prior to when the delivery is scheduled, and you will not be charged. If you have any concerns, please contact us on hello@rufusandcoco.com.au

Liability

We have partnered with a Pet Nutritionist to craft delicious recipes that had our dogs’ tails wagging while making sure they received a complete and balanced diet that exceeds the AAFCO nutritional standards.

Our gourmet meals are lovingly prepared in a Sydney kitchen by a chef who uses ultra-premium, natural ingredients to serve restaurant-quality dog food but at the end of the day, you know your pet best. Our meals may not be suitable for all dogs.

We are not liable for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any breach of the obligations implied by Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation; or
• any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
